Cancellation/No Show Policy: Due to high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without advance notice, it prevents another patient from being seen. For this reason, our 24-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. A No Show/No Call appointment will automatically incur a $25 charge. Failure to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance may result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments will require pre-payment of the exam fee to schedule future appointments. Missed surgery appointments will result in a non-refundable $75 fee and will require a 50% down payment of the surgery estimate to reschedule.
